The entry area by the front desk feels cramped during busy hours!!! The pool being down for maintenance was a letdown, as it is a nice feature when operational!!!

It was just a great fit for a weekend adventure in Jacksonville with outstanding value for money. The staff really made the check-in process fast and easy, which was a nice surprise. Check out the nearby places to eat. there's a lot within walking distance.

The staff here were kind like family which makes you feel like home when traveling for work. They went out of their way like a well-oiled machine to ensure everything was perfect, even finding my phone charger that I forgot in the room. The coffee was on point and the breakfast had more options than usual for a chain hotel.

Oh, the breakfast here was a showstopper! The red velvet waffles had my kids bouncing off the walls, and the coffee was hotter than a Jacksonville summer! Plus, those beds? Perfect for crashing after a day of culinary exploration! You won't find comfortable pillows like that everywhere.

I was wishing for a hot tub next to the pool, but honestly, that's just me being picky! Even with that tiny hiccup, everything else shined, making our stay fab.
